The Kids Who Aren't OK
Book Study
The Allegheny Intermediate Unit's Training and Consultation team is hosting a VIRTUAL book study.
Join colleagues for a collaborative book study of The Kids Who Aren’t Okay The Urgent Case for Reimagining Support, Belonging, and Hope in Schools, where participants will explore Ross Greene’s evidence-based approach to understanding and supporting students with behavioral, social, emotional, and mental health challenges. Through guided discussions and reflection, participants will examine the Collaborative & Proactive Solutions (CPS) model, challenge traditional views of student behavior, and learn practical strategies for building relationships, identifying skills that students may need to be taught, and partnering with students to solve problems.
