Lower Campus notes
Morning Arrival
We are so grateful for our morning volunteers, but could use two or three more each day. If you’re able to commit to one or more days per week, please email Ms. Blunt. The time frame needed is 7:20am – 8:05am.
Walker Option
We’ll continue to process Walker Door forms throughout the entire year. Please return your completed form to the LC Front Office for processing.
Afternoon Dismissal
For the safety of our campus community, please do not line up on Azalea Drive or North Druid Hills Road at all in the afternoon. Instead, please park at Bridgepoint Church (upper lot only) until it’s time to enter the carpool lot at 2:20pm.
Library
Ms. Stowe is still accepting volunteers to assist with setting up the library. Thank you to everyone who has helped put together shelves and unpack boxes so far! If you are interested in lending a hand, please reach out to Ms. Stowe by email. Also, if you have any other questions about the library, such as donation needs, please visit the Library website here.
Upper Campus notes
This past Monday, Ms. Lofstrand, Head of School at Upper Campus, presented information about GLOBE's Middle School Kick-Off to the Board. It was such a successful week and the teachers are still talking about how smooth the transition has been for the students. Thank you for supporting this new endeavor! Ms. Lofstrand also presented GLOBE's May 2025 Georgia Milestones data. Look out for more information regarding this in future communications.
UC Curriculum Night tomorrow
Upper Campus is excited to invite parents/guardians to Upper Campus Curriculum Night tomorrow. 5th grade families will begin at 6:00pm, while Middle School families will begin at 6:40pm. You will meet your students’ teachers and hear a little about what will happen in their classes this year. You can check out the schedule on this recent communication.
Don’t forget to check out the school calendar for all of the fun activities our busy school is involved in - music, athletics, clubs, and more!
