All returning students will need to use the link on the email from powerschool to get to the correct page for registration.

The links to register your student are given below. We know that sometimes online registration can be difficult to navigate and we would love to help you! We will be open for registration help on Tuesdays and Thursday in July (specific dates below).

This will be a time where you can come in and get one on one help with online registration. You can also bring your proofs of residence at this time.

Remember, to register your student you will need:

1) Mortgage, lease, rental agreement (please make sure the custodial guardian's name is on the paper)

2) 2 utility bills (This can be a water bill, power bill, garbage service bill, internet bill, or bank statement). We cannot take cell phone bills. Also, please make sure it is not a disconnect notice. We are not allowed to take disconnect notices as proofs of residence.

You can upload these documents online. However, if you are having trouble uploading them, please pick one of the times below to come by the office to drop off your proofs of residence. Your child will not be able to participate in Meet the Teacher unless ALL online registration and proofs have been completed.

Registration Help days and times are:

July 8th: 8:30-11:00 and 1-3

July 10th: 8:30-11:00 and 1-3

July 15th: 8:30-11:00 and 1-3

July 17th: 8:30-11:00 and 1-3

July 22nd: 8:30-11:00 and 1-3

July 24th: 8:30-11:00 and 1-3

July 29th: 8:30-11:00 and 1-3

Parents whose students completed the 2024-2025 school year in Jefferson County Schools will complete Returning Student Registration. Students are considered to be “returning” even if they are moving up to the next grade level at a different school campus or if they are transferring to a different Jefferson County school.

All returning student registration for the 2025-2026 school year will be done through the PowerSchool Parent Portal.

This does not mean new to our school, this is new to the district. If your child went to another Jefferson County school last year, please fill out the returning student registration form given above.

New Student online registration is now open for K-12 students who are NEW to the Jefferson County School District for the 2025-2026 School year!

Parents will access enrollment through the JEFCO website or by using THIS LINK.
