■ S.O.A.R.I.N.G. Eagle Student Program ■
We are excited to announce the S.O.A.R.I.N.G. Eagle Student Program!
This program helps us teach and celebrate Boys Town Skills while recognizing students for making positive choices.
■ How It Works
Every Thursday: Teachers nominate one student from their class who demonstrates the weekly Boys Town skill. Support staff (paras, SPED, Title, Specials) will also share input when they notice students doing something great. Every Monday (September–May): Selected students are recognized during Morning Announcements.
■ When It Begins
First nomination: Thursday, September 4th First recognition: Monday, September 8th First skill focus: “Greeting Others”
■ Why This Program Matters
Teaches social skills in a structured way. Encourages positive choices. Gives us a chance to celebrate students for doing well.
■ How Students Will Learn the Skills
Weekly review of the focus skill in class. Lessons taught through activities, discussions, and teachable moments. Skill posters displayed in each classroom for reminders.
■ Thank you for partnering with us to help students S.O.A.R. by practicing positive life skills every day!
