Message from the Superintendent
We are excited to bring back the district newsletter this year. Across all of our buildings, students have settled in quickly, families continue to be incredible partners in education, and our staff brings great energy and commitment every single day. We look forward to building off this momentum!
Homecoming Week was a special highlight of September, filled with school spirit and community pride at every level of the district. From the parade through town to the excitement of Friday night’s game, these moments reminded me how fortunate we are to be part of a place where our schools are supported so strongly. Like any district, we face challenges, but weeks like these make it clear that we are part of something truly special. Please know that we do not take it for granted.
As I reflected on the week, I was reminded of one of our district’s Legacy Priority areas: Connected Community. This priority recognizes the role we play in the broader community. Homecoming was one example of how we strive to create opportunities for connection, pride, and togetherness. We remain committed to building strong partnerships with families, local organizations, and community members as we continue to move forward.
Homecoming Week was the perfect way to close out the first month of school, and it leaves us looking ahead with gratitude and optimism. On behalf of the district, thank you to everyone who continues to support our students and staff. With your partnership, we are confident that this school year is set up to be a great one!
Go Cards!

Charlie's News
Once again we have rolled out another issue of "Charlie's News" for the 2025-2026 school year. We started "Charlie's News" to enlighten the community about the district. Based on stakeholder feedback, we continue to put an emphasis on increasing our external communication. Charlie’s News was intended to take our stakeholders on a journey through various aspects of the district's operations, student achievements, and initiatives. If you have not had a chance to check it out, please feel free to click on the link. Our intention is to create this publication annually. We hope that you enjoy it!
