Aldine Art Wall at Bank of America

Using the prompt: Can you draw yourself? How about drawing yourself without looking at your paper and using one continuous line?! 8th-grade art students from Jones Middle School did just that. After drawing blindly, students added water for an added effect. The technique of continuous blind contour lines allows students to focus on what they see and not what they think they see. It is a great technique to learn to feel free and loose when it comes to making art. Not all art has to be realistic!
