In Ms. Egal's Classroom...
Students in Ms. Egal's Literature 8 class are participating in Fluency Friday as they monitor each other's reading fluency skills! Mrs. Egal implemented Fluency Fridays at the beginning of the 2022-2023 school year. As she reflected on this activity this week, she is proud and overwhelmed by the hard work and progress her students are making. Students challenge themselves by setting goals each week, thereby pushing themselves to improve their reading fluency skills. Utilizing peer monitoring, Mrs. Egal's students hold each other 100% Accountable for reaching these goals.
