JMMS Updates
The week of September 21, 2026
Welcome back to all of our 6th grade campers!! Hello Week is at the center of our schedule as JMMS focuses on kindness and the small actions that help every student feel welcome. Families will also want to note the start of fifth-grade band, two evening events, and several student activities coming soon.
6th Graders Back from Camp!
Huge thanks to Mr. Fisher and all of the JMMS staff and JHS students who helped make this year's trip to Camp Muskingum a huge success! The students had fun exploring nature, kayaking, hiking, and playing different outdoor games. Projects and activities put together by the teachers had them thinking throughout the three day experience! Great job, everyone!

Parents and Teachers Together
P.A.T.T represents Parents and Teachers Together! One of our goals as the Parent Group is to create fun activities for the students, while showing our support to the teachers and staff. Various events throughout the school year are put on by the P.A.T.T. Another goal that we have is to raise funds for J.M.M.S, to allow for upgrades around the school!
Getting involved with JMMS PATT is a way to support students, teachers, and the school community. Families can help by volunteering at events and activities, supporting fundraisers, or sharing ideas.
We’d love to see you at our September PATT meeting! Come learn more about what’s happening at JMMS, hear about upcoming events, and find out how you can get involved.
