Gifted Education Updates at CTE
Cherokee Trail Elementary: Updates for October-December
Group Work!
In our GT groups this quarter, we are continuing our year-long focus on our ALP affective goals. Your student may be learning more about what it means to be a gifted learner, how to use their own "superpowers," and how to persevere even when something seems challenging or unfair. Our Mark Hess Social Emotional Curriculum, Brydseed resource, and Wayfinder resource will support our group work this quarter.
Advanced Learning Plans
ALP progress updates were discussed during Fall Parent-Teacher Conferences. Please reach out to Mrs. Jakubowski with any questions! Your next progress update will be communicated via your student's Elementary Progress Report in December.
