Dear Future Stars Families and Friends,
As we reflect on the school year thus far, we are overwhelmed with gratitude for the incredible support and dedication from each member of our school community. To all the parents, guardians, teachers, staff, and volunteers who have contributed countless hours to ensure the success and well-being of our students, we extend our sincerest thanks.
A special recognition goes to our Leeds Booster Club, whose unwavering commitment has once again proven invaluable. Your tireless efforts in ensuring the safety, happiness, and effectiveness of our school environment are deeply appreciated. The enhancements you provide elevate the entire school experience for everyone involved.
This year has been marked by remarkable growth and learning for our students, thanks in large part to the boundless energy, expertise, and devotion of the Leeds Elementary School Staff. We commend this exceptional group of professionals for their outstanding work. Their love and dedication to our students and their families are truly inspiring, and we feel privileged to be part of the Leeds Family.
As we continue on this journey together, let us carry forward the spirit of collaboration, compassion, and excellence that defines our community. Together, we can nurture a supportive and enriching environment where every student can thrive.
Thanks,
Mr. Koch

Hello Future Stars Families!
It’s hard to believe that it is almost May! Time flies when you are having fun, and we certainly do have a lot of fun at Leeds! During our most recent guidance lessons we learned about careers. Our 5th graders got to try something new when they hosted a career fair for our 4th graders. The 5th grade students worked in pairs to research and create a presentation about a specific career. Then, after weeks of hard work, they got to present their research to the 4th graders. This was an event that was enjoyed by all!
Other topics we learned about this year include, brain science, coping skills, conflict resolution or tattling, and I plan to finish off the year with reflections and creating SMART goals.
I hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable summer. As always, thank you for sharing your kids with us! We have so much fun here at Leeds!
Mrs. Roskilly
