We hope everyone enjoys the three-day weekend in observance of Memorial Day!
We are excited to have our students represent FHUMHS at the following parades this weekend (Castleton parade has been cancelled):
- Saturday 5/24 Fair Haven Memorial Day Parade- Starts at 1PM, band students to Fair Haven Gazebo at 12:30PM
- Sunday 5/25 Orwell Memorial Day Parade- Starts at 1:30PM, band students to FHU at 12:15PM OR to North Orwell Road at 1PM.
On June 9th, all FHUMHS students will spend the morning going through next year's schedule. Students will receive their 2025/2026 school year schedule and "step-up" a grade so they can meet their new teachers and get a brief (~15 minutes) introduction to the courses they will be taking.
This year's Seniors, and next year's Stafford and Early College students will be allowed to miss the morning step-up without penalty on attendance. If they are in school, they will be in the cafeteria during the event. If they come in afterward, they should plan on arriving before 11:23 am.
The June 9th schedule is shared to the right. The second half of the day (periods 5-8) will run as normal.
