Weekly Message from Principal, Mr. Drew
EOC retest letters went home with students last week. Parents, if your child is in Biology, English 2, Math 1 or Math 3 it is very important that this letter is signed and returned as soon as possible. This letter gives your child the right to retest if they are not proficient on their EOC exams and improve their overall grade. Please return your letters to your teachers or at the front desk.
FAFSA night was a huge success with Amy Denton from CFNC. If you were unable to attend it is not too late to meet with Mr. Brunson and your counselor to set up your CFNC account and apply for financial aid. See them this week to make sure you complete your FAFSA as soon as possible.
Attention Graduates Patrick from Herff Jones will be here on November 16 during 2nd Block to meet with all graduates in the Media Center and provide information on how to order your cap and gown. He will also be available during lunches for students who would like to place their class ring orders. This is a change from the original date in October.
Make-up day for regular school pictures will be this Wednesday. This is for any student in grades 9-11 that missed the original picture day. Students will be called down throughout the day so listen for the announcements and wear something sharp for your yearbook photo. All students in grades 9-11 should take these pictures.
