Updated Scholarship List - 09/29/22
CLICK HERE for a list of current scholarships!
Many of the scholarships listed are online scholarships. The general rule is if the scholarship listed has a link that means the application is online. If the scholarship on the list does not have an online link then the paper application is in Guidance in the filing cabinet under the "Scholarship" sign! (To the right of Ms. Gorman's desk)
For every scholarship you apply for you will need to fill out a Blue Transcript Request form. Those forms are available in Guidance on the table in front of Ms. Gorman's desk. If you are not able to come to Guidance you can email Ms. Gorman @ joanngorman@npsri.net and she will forward you an electronic fillable form.
Parent/Guardians "MEAL APPLICATIONS NEED TO BE RETURNED ASAP"
School Meals will no longer be free. You child(ren) may qualify for free or reduced meals. Meal application were sent home with students the first day of school along with a student contact form. Both forms are REQUIRED to be returned ASAP.
If you wish to waive the free & reduced application process, complete Step 1 & Step 4- and write “WAIVE PROCESS” in Step 3 and return to school.

Are you interested in Manga and Anime? Learn to draw and create characters in the popular Japanese style at our new monthly Manga Drawing Workshop with special guest, illustrator Jerry Shippee. All skill levels are welcome. Drawing materials will be provided, but you are encouraged to bring your own sketchbooks to share for more tips and tricks. Registration Requested.
Wednesday, October 5, at 4:30pm in YA - Teen Advisory Board
The TAB will review fall program ideas, let us know what you think, and learn simple book review techniques. TAB membership is a school-year long commitment, though we do understand you may have the occasional conflict. TAB members decide programming, decorate the YA space seasonally, help build book displays and are even encouraged to run programs based on their own interests, if they wish. YA librarians will sign volunteer hours for board members.
