TALON TALK

Good afternoon, Reynolds Families!

What an incredible week at Reynolds! From amazing science labs, engaging social studies and ELAR simulations, and incredible artwork, our school is charged with creativity and learning. We are so proud of our students and teachers who pour so much into each and every instructional minute!

Get ready for some exciting upcoming events with us! Next week, we will have four days of fun with Student Council's Spirit Week! Dress-up days are always a highlight for our students and staff. Also, check out the flyers and graphics for several upcoming events that Reynolds Middle School is excited to host for our amazing families and community!

A special shout-out to our dedicated PTO volunteers and congratulations to our recent PTO Grant winners! These grants will help fund innovative classroom projects that directly benefit our students. We're thrilled to see how our teachers will use these resources to enrich their classroom experiences.

Our Reynolds Renovations continue to progress! Please view the video below with all of our "Construction Updates" to see the latest developments that will enhance our learning environment.

As always, it's a great day to be an Eagle!

With Eagle Pride,

Dr. Jess Mullins

Counselors will be revisiting 6th and 7th grade classes the week of February 17th to confirm completion. If you have questions, please reach out or you can attend our Coffee with the Counselor next week!

All course selections that are entered by the deadline of February 21st will have an equal opportunity of getting their first choice classes. Please be sure to have thoughtful conversations with your student as a family since classes are not picked on a first come, first serve basis.

Due to the high volume of doctor notes and Skyward requests, attendance is currently about a week behind in responding to emails and Skyward requests.

As a reminder please send all doctor notes to reynoldsattendance@prosper-isd.net and use Skyward for parent notes. There is no need to enter a Skyward request if you are submitting a medical note.

Thank you for your patience.
