Q3 Week 25 Feb 17-21
As we approach our first big week of Spring assessments, I want to encourage all of us—families, teachers, and students—to reframe how we think about testing. These assessments aren’t just about a score; they’re a chance for students to show themselves, their teachers, and you—their biggest supporters—just how much they’ve learned and grown.
We believe in the incredible potential of every child at Lipscomb, and we’ve seen firsthand the effort they put into their learning every day. Now is the time to remind them that they are capable, they are prepared, and their hard work matters. A positive mindset can make all the difference! A simple encouragement—"You’ve got this!" or "I’m proud of you!"—can boost their confidence and set them up for success.
Lipscomb is a place where students rise to challenges because they know they have a team—at school and at home—cheering them on. Let’s continue to support and uplift them this week. They deserve it, and we can’t wait to celebrate their growth.

Ms. Diaz is truly a Jill of all trades, seamlessly wearing multiple hats on campus to support both staff and students. Her unwavering commitment to her students remains her top priority, and her impact on our new teachers has been nothing short of incredible. Ms. Diaz leads by example, embodying the values she instills in her classroom every day. Her influence can be seen and felt throughout our campus, making William Lipscomb a better place for all.
