Springdale School District is excited to welcome Jeffrey David Williams as the new Athletic Director, serving the Har-Ber High School side of the district.
With an impressive 28-year career in education and athletics, Coach Williams transitions to Springdale from Siloam Springs, where he’s spent the last 4.5 years. His previous experience includes eight years at El Dorado, 15 years at Fort Smith Southside High School, and time at both Pea Ridge and Siloam Springs.
“I am extremely excited about joining the Springdale School District team,” he shared. “I really look forward to working with Coach Keith Fimple and helping grow the athletic programs here.”
This new role marks his first time working within the Springdale district, but he brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership. His career accomplishments are highlighted by a 2006 state championship, back-to-back state runner-up titles in 2008 and 2009, the 2007 Lowell Manning Award, the 2023 Kirk King Lifetime Achievement Award, and a recent honor as a 2024 inductee into the Arkansas High School Coaches Association Hall of Fame.

Williams said he’s excited to contribute to a district known for its competitive spirit and community support.

With deep roots in Arkansas athletics and a commitment to developing student-athletes and programs, Coach Williams is ready to make a lasting impact in Springdale.
