Conroe ISD Cheer Teams Capture National Championships

Two Conroe ISD cheer programs brought home national titles this season, marking a historic achievement for the district. College Park High School Cheer won the UCA National Championship in the Super Large Varsity Non-Tumbling Division I Game Day category at the National High School Cheerleading Championships in Orlando, Florida. After qualifying at UCA Regionals and leading their preliminary group, the team advanced to finals and captured the program’s first national title.

Just weeks later, the Caney Creek High School Co-Ed Cheer Team won the USA Spirit Nationals Championship in Anaheim, California. The team advanced to finals in first place after preliminary competition and secured the national title with a score of 98.6, becoming the first team from Texas to ever win this division.

Together, the victories mark a historic moment for Conroe ISD, as the district earned coast-to-coast national championships during the 2025–2026 season, something no Texas school district has achieved before.
