CKH - Capturing Kids Hearts Surveys
Families, please take a moment to take our "Family Version" of the CKH survey. This information is very helpful to us!

Capturing Kids' Hearts
Did you know that R-PEL is a two year in a row National Showcase School for CKH?
What is Capturing Kids' Hearts? CKH is a program for teachers that focuses on building strong, positive relationships between students and staff to foster a safe and supportive school environment.
You may have heard your kids talking about their Social Contract in their classroom, if not, ask them what that is!
December's Theme is Responsibility
What is Responsibility?
Responsibility is the willingness and ability to take ownership of our thoughts, words, and actions. We have a responsibility to our school, family, and community to be accountable for our choices and how they impact ourselves and others.
Oral Health Screening
Reeths-Puffer Elementary has scheduled a free oral health screening provided by Public Health Muskegon County on Tuesday, December 16 and Tuesday, January 6.
Michigan law now requires all children entering kindergarten or their first year of school to have a dental screening.
To help families meet this requirement, Public Health - Muskegon County has partnered with Muskegon Area Intermediate School District and Hackley Community Care to provide free dental screening during school.
What you need to know:
There is no cost to families if you use Public Health - Muskegon County's dental screening team.
A licensed dental professional will do a quick look in your child's mouth.
No treatment is done - just a screening. Results are sent home to you.
