A Note from the Principal
Week 11, Day 49/180
On Tuesday afternoon, all Jacobs staff participated in a comprehensive school safety training led by SRO Mahoney and the Hull Police Department, in partnership with the Hull Fire Department. The demonstration of teamwork and collaboration among our schools, police, and fire departments was a powerful reminder of our shared commitment to keeping students safe. Our staff were poised throughout the training and emergency scenarios, asked thoughtful questions, and demonstrated tremendous confidence and strength in their decision-making and preparedness. Above all else, ensuring the safety and well-being of your child remains our top priority. I feel incredibly fortunate to have such strong partnerships with the town’s public safety agencies and deeply appreciate their continued support.
This Friday is JES Spirit Day and our Student Council elections! We’re looking forward to hearing from our student leaders as they deliver their campaign speeches and share their ideas for making the Jacobs even better. Just a friendly reminder for JES students to wear their blue and gold on Friday to show their school spirit.
-Mr. Shaw
