School Pics at GBP 9/30 and 10/1, Fireworks Spirit Night 10/7.
Happy Saturday all! Our Sunbeams did so well at September Special Chapel! Thank you for sharing in the fun!
We had a 5 senses extravaganza at GBP! Some classes tasted different color apples, some made applesauce and ate it in class, some painted with apples! It was apple-tastic and the preschool smelled so yummy!! Thanks for sending in apples!
Can you believe September is almost over?? We're closing out the month with individual and class pictures on September 30th and October 1st. Please see below for your child's picture day. Our Fall pics are taken outside.
Mark your calendars for our October Spirit Night!! DRUM ROLL PLEASE...Join us on Tuesday, October 7th at Fireworks Pizza in downtown Leesburg from 4-9pm. Don't forget to mention GBP when dining in or getting carry out!
September Lunch Bunch/October Enrichment sign ups are posted below.
**NOTE: October Creative Movement begins Wednesday, October 1st. October Art and STEM begin the week of October 6th.**
Calling all Vendors/Local artisans: GBP 's annual Vendor Fair is November 12th and 13th in Asbury Hall (meeting hall above the preschool). See flyer below for Vendor Application!
We have a couple openings in our 3s and 4s classes. If you know of you anyone looking for a preschool family, send them our way! We also have a couple openings in our Friday Enrichment class. Friday Frogs is open to current Bees and Owls (4s) and T/TH 3s. The class meets every Friday from 9am-12pm and is STEM based. Contact Ms. Heather to sign up or for more information.
Please remember to pull up as far as possible on Wirt Street during drop off and pick up. Also, please do not block the driveway to the left of the Wirt Street doors, we do not own that property. Lastly, please remember (and share with anyone else who may pick up your children): our Owls and Bees are in their classrooms until Noon. If you arrive before noon to pick up your Owls/Bees/siblings, please remain in your vehicle so you can pull up when other parents leave.
-2s and 3s pick up: 11:50am-12pm
-4s and siblings pick up: 12-12:15pm
Event Information
MW 2s, MWF 3s and Bees pics will be taken on Wednesday, October 1st during school hours. Please drop your children off in their classroom as usual.
Blaire Ring from Second Ave Photography will take our pics outside. Students will wait inside the church doors for their individual/sibling pics and class pics are taken on one of benches outside the playground. Once Blaire uploads all the photos, you will receive an email directly from Second Ave Photography to view and/or order your child(ren)'s pictures. This doubles as a school fundraiser. A percentage of total sales are donated to the preschool.
