Hello SES Community,

I would like to take a moment and thank those of you who came out to the community meetings at Shoreham to learn more about the proposed grade configuration for the 25/26 school year at Shoreham and Bridport .

With that being said; I would like to share with you that we will have one more Community Meeting on Thursday, May 8th starting at 6pm in the gym. At this meeting we will be reviewing the report and talking about next steps with Superintendent Baker.

Please drop bags off at the Stone School House on 22A by 6:30 pm.

May 5th - 16th - Food Drive

May 7th - KEEC Parent Informational Meeting 5-6pm

May 8th - Community Meeting at Shoreham with Superintendent Baker at 6pm

May 9th - Pastries with Parents at 7:30am in the cafeteria

May 12th - Band Concert at 6:30 at MUHS

May 14th - Early Release & Kindergarten Tour

May 19 - 23rd - 5th grade at KEEC

May 23rd - Learn More about Title One Funding / Family Movie Night

May 26th - Memorial Day - No School

Please remember:

1. If your child will be late or absent please call Irene in the main office (802) 897-7181

2. Send your child with proper footwear for school (including sneakers for PE).

3. Students are not supervised outside / inside before 7:30 am.

4. If you are picking up your child at school please make sure to pick them up on the southern

side of the school NOT the northern side by the church.

5. Pick up students from the main entrance only.

6. Students need to bring proper clothing for outside recess.

Substitute teachers are crucial for our students, staff, staff, and schools! We are increasing our daily substitute teaching rate to $160/day for unlicensed subs and $200/day for licensed subs.
