Celebration of their Next Chapter
As we approach the end of this academic year, we find ourselves reflecting on the incredible dedication of educators that define our school. Today, we share some bittersweet news: several of our most esteemed colleagues have decided to embark on their next great adventure—retirement.
Please join us in celebrating the careers of:
Lori Algrim - 1st Grade
Katie Fellows - 4th Grade
Mary Kane - Resource
Gina Hesik-Zabadal - 4th Grade
Each of these educators have impacted and been an important thread in the "fabric" of Wild Rose. We will certainly be celebrating these individuals as we close the year. They have shaped the minds of our students and the culture of our hallways. While we will miss their daily presence, we are immensely grateful for the marks they’ve left on our hearts.
NEW INFORMATION SYSTEM
D303's New Student Information System Called Synergy
Dear D303 Families,
We are excited to share that beginning with the 2026-2027 school year, D303 will be moving to a new Student Information System called Synergy.
For families and students, this means two new online portals for you to access important information: ParentVUE and StudentVUE. These will replace Home Access Center (HAC) as the way you stay connected with your student's gradebook, attendance, report cards, and so much more.
This transition is a step forward for our district, and our staff have been hard at work preparing for it. Behind the scenes, teams have been setting up the new system, transferring student data from our current system to Synergy, and training D303 employees so we are ready to support staff, students, and families.
What you need to know right now:
Home Access Center (HAC) will close on Friday, June 5, 2026. HAC needs to go offline so we can complete the data conversion to the new system. Once it closes, it will no longer be accessible.
Please view and save your student's report cards before June 5, 2026.
In July and August, we will share more information about:
Creating your ParentVUE accounts
Logging in and accessing the new portals
A navigation overview to help you find what you need in the new portal
If you have questions about HAC or need help accessing it before it closes, please reach out to your school's front office.
Thank you for your patience and partnership as we prepare for this exciting change. We look forward to introducing you to ParentVUE and StudentVUE later this summer!
Sincerely,
D303 Communications

TAKE THE D303 FACILITIES SURVEY
Make Your Voice Heard! Take the D303 Facilities Survey
Superintendent Dr. Paul Gordon shared an update this week on the School Board’s discussion of the Final Report submitted by the D303 Communitywide Education Facilities Committee.
D303 launched a communitywide Facilities Survey this week. As the Board considers potential facilities investments, we want input from all community members on this key question: What do you want your schools to look like and do for our students over the next 30 years?
And to help the community understand the current state of D303 facilities, Dr. Gordon shared a video recap of the Facilities Committee’s work and findings. Please take a little bit of time to watch the video and make your voice heard by taking the survey!
Survey Coming: Make Your Voice Heard on D303 Facilities
We want your feedback on the condition of your schools and learning facilities. In mid-May, we will be sending all of D303 a postcard that includes a Facilities Survey. Please keep an eye out for it and share your feedback!
