Coach's Corner

Parents-

Here is a rundown of the week.

Monday & Tuesday:
These are standard practice days. For most of our athletes, Wednesday will be their last track event for the season. We are excited to see them again at the banquet in May! More details to follow regarding that end of season event.

Wednesday – District Meet at Horizon High School:
As mentioned, this meet has unlimited entries, and we’ll be recognizing our seniors with a mini senior night during the meet.

Please review the meet details here:

  • Both Genders: 4x800m Relay, 100/110m Hurdles

After the meet, your athlete MUST see Coach Shannon before they leave. This is not a request, but it is a requirement. They must return their uniforms, and he will keep track of all returns. PLEASE ensure your athletes return their uniforms to him—it’s critical. Any uniforms not returned, a replacement cost will be added to the student's account!

Thursday & Friday:
These will be regular practice days.

As mentioned, the banquet is approaching, and the boosters will be firming up plans so we can send out the information to you. The banquet splits between the Divisional and State Championship Meets, FYI.

Have a great week!
