A Message from the Principal
Celebrating Your Progress!
Congratulations on reaching the end of the quarter! Take a moment to celebrate every credit earned and each one is a tangible step forward toward your high school diploma and your future goals. We see the determination, effort, and focus you are bringing to your work every single day, and we couldn't be prouder of your progress.
As we head into the next quarter, we also want to invite you to be a part of everything happening outside the classroom. Whether it’s coming out to support your peers at Frozen The Musical and our upcoming Band Concert, joining a club, or getting involved in a sport or co-curricular activity, there is a space here for you.
Being connected to your school community builds stronger relationships, opens up new opportunities, and makes the high school experience that much richer. Explore the activities we offer, find something that sparks your interest, and jump in!

Monday Large Group Meetings are BACK!
Exciting news!
Our Monday Large Group meetings are back. Join us each week for fellowship, worship, and an encouraging message as we connect and grow together.
Our ALC is a family.
BARR - Building Assets, Reducing Risks
To support our students!
At the ALC, we’re using a program called BARR (Building Assets, Reducing Risks) to help every student succeed.
Basically, BARR is all about making sure no student gets lost in the shuffle. Our staff works together as a team to focus on your child’s strengths, build strong relationships with them, and step in right away if they need a little extra support.
We love keeping you in the loop! We’ll be reaching out regularly via email, and whenever our team sits down to talk about your student’s progress and help them set new goals, we’ll send you a quick update so we can celebrate and work on those milestones together.
ALC Attendance
Strong Attendance, Strong Future: Why Every Day at ALC Matters
As we move through the school year, we want to highlight the vital role consistent attendance plays in your student's success.
While our self-paced learning model offers great flexibility, staying on track relies on regular engagement. Daily attendance helps students earn credits faster, receive direct teacher support, and build strong habits for the future.
How You Can Help:
Establish Routines: Support consistent morning and bedtime schedules.
Track Progress: Regularly check in on your student's weekly goals and attendance.
Reach Out Early: Contact us immediately if transportation, health, or personal challenges arise so we can help remove barriers.
Every day in school brings your student closer to graduation. Thank you for partnering with us!
For questions or attendance support, please contact the ALC Office.
ALC Seniors - Class of 2027
Senior Pictures Needed!
Attention ALC Seniors and Parents: Please don't forget to submit your senior pictures to Jeanette as soon as possible.
We need these photos on file for official school records and to include you in our end-of-year slideshow. The sooner you send them in, the better. Drop off physical copies or email your high-resolution photos directly to Jeanette today so you don't miss out on being featured!
Parking Lot Routines
ALC Parking & Student Drop-Off / Pick-Up Guidance
To ensure a safe and smooth arrival and dismissal process for everyone, please take a moment to review our campus traffic routines.
When dropping off or picking up students, please enter and exit the property via James Street, routing your vehicle around to Door E26. After drop-off or pick-up is complete, circle back through the parking lot to exit back onto James Street. It is critical that all drivers stay completely clear of the designated Bus Pick-Up & Drop-Off Areas and remain extra attentive to school buses at all times.
Additionally, any students driving themselves to campus must park strictly in the designated spaces marked with signs reserved for ALC students.
Thank you for your support and cooperation in keeping our students and school community safe!
