SHINE ON!

Welcome back Sunbeams!! We had a great week kicking off April and enjoying our Egg Hunts! Our caterpillars are arriving this weekend! We cannot wait to name them and watch them grow and transform into butterflies!

Our color of the month is blue and shape is oval. We enjoyed the story of Easter good new in Chapel this week and sang some Spring songs with scarves! We also bounced like bunnies with Go Danny Go!

We cannot wait to see you at Bruster's for Spirit Night on Monday, April 13th from 5-8pm. Don't forget to mention GBP when ordering. We receive a percentage of the profits from 5-8pm as a donation!

GBP After Dark (AKA: Parents' Night Out) is Saturday, April, 25th from 5-8pm.Parents drop off and pick up their current GBP students and older siblings in the AG building (tan awnings on the corner of Market and Liberty). We'll visit stations in the AG and Education building (GBP) and enjoy snack. GBP staff and high school volunteers will be on hand to make this a fun night to remember! Please see the sign up below to register. GBP After Dark is a fundraiser, suggested donation: $30 per child, $75 per family made through Venmo @GBP-Leesburg (last 4 digits: 0173).

May Lunch Buch and Creative Movement Sign Up links will be sent out at 6:30pm on Tuesday, April 14th via Brightwheel. Please note: May Lunch Bunch ends Thursday, May 14th in preparation for graduation and our annual LEGO building and lunch event (more to come on that toward the end of the month). Creative Movement is our only May Enrichement (no STEM or Art).

Please remember to pull up as far as possible on Wirt Street during drop off and pick up. Also, please do not block the driveway to the left of the Wirt Street doors, we do not own that property. Lastly, please remember (and share with anyone else who may pick up your children): our Owls and Bees are in their classrooms until Noon. If you arrive before noon to pick up your Owls/Bees/siblings, please remain in your vehicle so you can pull up when other parents leave.

-4s and siblings pick up: 12-12:15pm
