CATHOLIC SCHOOLS WEEK
January 25 - 31
Catholic Schools Week is almost here! We’re excited for a week of faith, community, and plenty of fun. While the themed days and activities always bring great energy, the heart of the week is our commitment to service. As we focus on our community projects, our students are reminded that to “Shine Like Stars” means putting our faith into action and lifting others up. We look forward to celebrating all that makes our Catholic school family special! Please take a look at everything below and reach out if you have any questions.

MUNCHKIN BASKETBALL HELP NEEDED🏀🏀
Big fun. Big smiles. Big help needed!
One of Holy Childhood School’s most beloved traditions is back—Munchkin Basketball Night! Our Kindergarten–3rd grade students will hit the court in fast-paced, 30-minute games, cheered on by family and friends and coached by our 8th graders. It’s a night full of laughter, school spirit, and unforgettable memories.
While the games are underway, we’ll also be hosting our Fish Fry Fundraiser in the cafeteria to support our Athletic Department. Funds raised help provide gym banners, uniforms, tournament fees, and coaching support—resources that directly impact our students and programs.
Here’s where YOU come in.
We are asking parents, grandparents, and friends of Holy Childhood to volunteer for this special evening. Volunteer shifts are scheduled around game times, so you can lend a hand and still cheer on your child without missing a moment.
Many hands make light work—and an amazing night for our kids.
Whether you can help serve food, assist in the kitchen, or support behind the scenes, every volunteer makes a difference.
Don’t sit on the sidelines—join the team!

Thank you for helping make Munchkin Basketball Night a huge success. We truly couldn’t do it without you!

BECAUSE OF THE SUCCESS AND POPULARITY OF OUR ART CLUB...
We decided to purchase a display board that can be used throughout the year, but also gives our kids a chance to show their creativity.
Please Note the Following:
Again, because of the popularity of the Thursday Club, along with Ms. Amann's hard work, we are at max capacity for the Art Club (total of 50 students). We do have children that are on a waiting list that desire to be a part of the experience.
Therefore, we are asking that, if you are part of that 50 that signed up at the beginning, we ask that you commit to the 8 weeks, which does not include Catholic Schools Week. We do understand sickness and the occasional transportation issue. But we want to keep it fair for the children that are on the waiting list.
If you are unable to commit, we ask that you contact Ms. Amann so we can go to the waiting list.
Thank you for your understanding. We are very proud of this opportunity and how much it has grown in less than a year.
