School Pictures are Ready!
Dear parents,
School pictures are ready! Your child’s school pictures are now available! To view them online, please log in to your account at mylifetouch.com. If you don’t have an account yet, you can create one using your email address. You’ll need your student’s ID number or their portrait id and access code to locate their photos.

Chromebook Insurance
MJHS is a One-to-One Technology school. Students will be provided with a Chromebook to use at school and at home for the entire school year. There will be no charge for this, but students will be responsible for any damages that might happen to their assigned device. We highly encourage you to purchase the $30 protection plan that will cover unforeseeable damages. A new device costs $525, a broken screen is $40. It covers up to $525 in damage as long as it isn't intentional damage. VERY worth the cost. You can pay on school cash online or at the school finance office.
School Lunch
We will continue to use the new system called LINQ Connect for meal services in the 2026–2027 school year. This system will continue to make it easier for families to apply for Free and Reduced Lunch, manage lunch balances, view menus, and more—all through the new LINQ Connect online platform and mobile app.

Attendance Office Announcement
Check Out Procedures
Once students have come to school they may not leave without a parent first checking them out through the attendance office. In order to ensure the safety of our students, a parent or authorized adult must come into the office to check the student out.
Students who leave school without checking out through the front office will be considered sluffing.
Students returning to school from an appointment or coming late must check in at the attendance office before going to class.
All Nebo junior high schools are closed campuses. Students may not leave the campus during the school day without being checked out by a parent or with the approval of a school administrator. Those students who need to leave regularly (such as going home for lunch) may obtain an ongoing pass from the school administrator.
To maximize student learning opportunities, students will not be called out of class before a parent is at the school to check them out.
Tardies
Students are expected to arrive on time, ready to participate and learn. A student who arrives at school after the 7:55am bell is considered tardy. A parent must directly contact the school to excuse a first-period tardy.
During the school day, students will be marked tardy if they are not in their classrooms at the time the bell rings. Students with more than 3 tardies in a class will be required to:
Serve lunch detention.
Forfeit the privilege of attending dances and celebrations.

DoorDash is convenient, but is NOT approved on campus. Orders will be sent away as it is not allowed. NO DOOR DASH deliveries will be accepted to the front office. We appreciate your help in this matter.
