Our School Store kickoff is going so well! Our school is the top in the state for participation! Thank you for supporting Martin teachers and students!

A few reminders:

Drop off in the morning starts at 7:25. Students should stay in their cars until that time.

If you are dropping off a lunch for a student, it needs to be dropped off at least 45 minutes prior to the student's lunch time. If it is not, we cannot guarantee they will get it.

If you need to pick up a student early or change transportation, you need to do so by 2:15. Please try to pick up before or after recess if possible.

Quick Steps for Submitting an Absence in Skyward: We have attached our step-by-step Skyward Absence Request Click Sheet to this email, but you can also complete it right now with these quick steps:

1. Go to skyward.celinaisd.com and log in to your Family Access account.

2. Click on the Attendance tile.

3. Click the green plus sign () next to Add Absence Request.

4. Enter the Start Date and End Date.

5. Check the All Day box (or leave it blank if it was a partial-day absence).

6. Select Guardian Entered Absence under the Attendance Reason dropdown.

7. Add a Detailed Comment explaining the reason, then save!

WatchD.O.G.S. is a program that helps provide positive male role models for students, demonstrating by their presence that education is important. The sign up is coming SOON and will fill up quickly!

Before you sign up, you need to have a current background check completed by filling out this form. A new form must be filled out each school year!

Celina ISD is partnering with the Celina Police Department and our campus School Resource Officers (SROs) to host the Celina PD Bicycle Rodeo! This interactive, hands-on safety event is designed exclusively for 3rd and 4th grade students.

Parents, enjoy your Saturday while your child spends a fun, educational day learning how to ride safely and confidently under the direct supervision of our local officers and SROs.

What to Expect

• Hands-on Safety Training: Proper helmet fitting, understanding traffic rules, and navigating town streets safely.

• Perks & Prizes: Every student receives a free gift, plus attendance automatically enters your child into a raffle to win a FREE E-Bike! ( EKIDS24 1.0 / $899 value)

• Parent Drop-Off: Enjoy a free Saturday while your child participates in an engaging, officer-led experience.

• Lykins Elementary Students: Saturday, September 26th

As a parent or guardian, you have the right to review and restrict your child's access to school

Please complete your free and reduced applications in School Cafe. A new form must be filled out yearly!

If your student is new and does not have a school cafe account, please have them bring lunch or lunch money with them to school or set up an account prior to the first day of school.

You can monitor your students' accounts and place restrictions on their meal accounts in the school cafe. (We highly recommend adding restrictions to their accounts to limit snack items!)

Did you know your child can get a Birthday Picture with Roo?

For a $10 donation, your child will have their bday picture taken with Roo. The image will be emailed to the parent.

Pay on Huddle and then contact the campus Secretary, MeaganDavis@CelinaISD.com a week prior to your child's birthday to schedule.

(This funds raised will allow us to provide things such as a staff shirts, a small bday treat for staff and, an occasional Sonic drink.)
