Dear Staff,

We are officially in the home stretch! To celebrate the incredible work you’ve done this year, we want to add some fun to our last teacher work day on May 28th.

The Mission

Between now and Tuesday, May 19th, we are asking each grade-level team, specials, support staff, etc. (pre-K through 6th) to brainstorm a "Most Likely To..." award for each member of their team. ​

***The Surprise" Factor 🤫 To make the reveal on May 28th special, we ask that you keep the specific award titles a secret from the recipient! While you’ll need to collaborate as a team, try to discuss each person’s award "behind their back" (in the best way possible!) so they can be genuinely surprised when their name is called.

Need Inspiration?

Your awards can be professional, funny, or a mix of both! For example:

• The Most Likely to have a "Plan B" that's better than the original Plan A.

• The Most Likely to turn a hallway transition into a Broadway musical.

• The Most Likely to be found at the laminator at 7:00 AM.

• The Most Likely to survive a "glitter explosion" with a smile.

The Logistics

1. Collaborate: Meet with different team members (discreetly) to finalize your choices.

2. Submit: Have one "point person" from your grade level submit the names and award titles via this Google Form https://forms.gle/rQzoXBU3tpXnAiP5A

3. Printing: Once submitted, your wonderful counseling team will handle the printing and preparation of the official certificates.

We can’t wait to see the creative and thoughtful titles you come up with for your teammates. Let’s make this a memorable send-off!
