Leaders
Preparing for the Triad Meeting
Candidates and Mentors will be reaching out to meet with you towards the end of October to hold a Triad Meeting. The purpose of a triad meeting is to develop a collaborative relationship with Candidates and Mentors participating in the induction program and to provide coordinated supports for the Candidate.
Self-Care Corner
Breathe
Each month, we will highlight a self-care practice. Teaching and mentoring is hard work and we need to ensure that our cup is filled in order to give to others.
There's a ton of research that shows how breathing practices can reduce stress, make us happier, increase focus, improve sleep, and much more. Try one of the practices below.
PUC Clinical Counseling
If you are interested in FREE one-on-one counseling by one of our PUC Clinical Counselors, please email Trisha. This opportunity is available to all Candidates and Mentors. Sessions are held via zoom.
Contact the Induction Leadership Team!
We're only an email, phone call, or zoom away! Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions or needs for support!
