Monthly Motivation
How "Yet" Brings Hope:
The Power of Yet:
I can't do this.....Yet!
I don't understand this....Yet!
I'm not good at this....Yet!
This reframing and adding of yet creates hope and opens the possibility that we still can achieve our goals and that we are still learning and working our way there. When it seems impossible or too daunting, remember that it's "not yet" achieved. Ask for help, take a break, and try again because you can do it!!
