Meet Our Main Office Staff
“Hello, my name is Emily McConnell. I am new to Norfolk Public Schools and excited to start the school year with everyone! I am also in the Navy Reserves and have been for the last 5 years. When I have free time, I enjoy working on my art, cooking, and baking.”
Monique Hunt, with 5 years as a Student Data Specialist (since 2020) and 1 year as an Attendance Teach, I helped my previous school earn “Best Attendance School” in 2024–25. Now I’m aiming to do the same at Norview High for 2025–26.
I have worked in customer service for over 20 years, most recently at VSA Resorts, where I consistently received high satisfaction ratings from customers and achieved recognition with the Emme and Service Star awards. My ability to handle complex situations with empathy and professionalism aligns perfectly with NPS values and commitment to providing exceptional experiences to Staff. Teachers, students, and parents.
In my spare time, I enjoy camping, traveling, and reading. I am an active volunteer working for our community, connecting with children, youth, and families in need. I am excited to be part of the Norview HS team and look forward to working with all of you.

Hello! I am Theresa Rave! I worked as a School Counselor at Booker T Washington High School then at Maury High School. I have a husband and two kids (girl 8 and boy 2). I am really excited to be back working and to get to know everyone at Norview!!
My name is Erimesha Mills-Horton. I'm a mom to three amazing boys—ages 19, 16, and 11 months. When I’m not working, being a wife, or chasing after my 11 month old, I carve out time to lift weights 4–5 times a week. I also love baking and getting creative with crafting in my downtime.
