Preschool Fall Party - October 30th Preschool Fall Party - October 30th

We're excited to celebrate with you, and we want to make sure everyone knows what to expect.

Thank you for your cooperation! We are looking forward to a safe and fun day at school!

Preschool students will have their Fall Party on Wednesday, October 30th during our regular school hours (8:40-11:10 and 12:30 – 3:00). Students will be allowed to come to school fully dressed in costumes if they choose, and will be allowed to wear them during class time. Please observe the following district guidelines so that we are compliant with appropriate policies and procedures, and so that all will experience a fun and safe time.

Reminder…. No school for Preschool on Thursday, October 31st.

Costume Rules:

  1. Costumes of a violent or scary nature are not allowed. Students are not allowed to carry actual or look alike weapons as props. This is school policy and for the protection of all students.

  2. Costumes are not to include skates, skateboards, roller blades, scooters, or any items with wheels, whether worn or ridden.

  3. Students are not to wear masks during the entire school day due to safety considerations. Masks may be worn for pictures or, if allowed by the teacher during certain class events, provided the student does not need to walk from place to place.

  4. We are following the District Wellness policy. Please remember that children should NOT bring candy/food with them for distribution. Small non-edible treats may be given to classmates for trick or treating.

  5. More information will be coming in an email regarding volunteering for the day. We will be asking for 6 volunteers per classroom, and will be on a first-to-sign-up basis, starting with families who noted interest in classroom celebrations on their Volunteer Form.
