Last Friday, our Seventh Grade student, Layla Mariani, was recognized for her incredible kindness, reaching out to a St. Viator student who has Down Syndrome. The Micah 6:8 Program at St. Viator School ensures that students with different learning needs have the same opportunities for a Catholic education as their peers and siblings. Friday's award was very significant, recognizing Layla's kindness and also being the very first recipient of this award outside of the St. Viator community. - Enjoy the long weekend! School will be closed today. Memorial Day is a United States federal holiday observed on the last Monday of May. This day is set aside to honor all of the men and women who died while in military service to our country.
