The SSM St. Clare program will meet throughout the school year and will cover a variety of health care careers and topics. Program dates and topics are included on the attached flyer.

Common Application
Seniors applying to multiple schools may want to use the common app to save time as it is an application that can be filled out once and sent to many schools. It is very important that seniors using this platform put in the name and email address of their College and Career Counselor as this is the person who will upload their documents and letters of recommendation. A list of College and Career Counselors for each FHSD high school is listed at the bottom of this newsletter. If a letter of recommendation is required, the college and career counselor will reach out to the student and request they complete a google form to help them personalize the letter. Also, transcripts will automatically be uploaded without ACT scores. If a student wants their ACT scores on their transcript, they should email their college and career counselor and let them know. See video below for how to utilize the common app.
Applying to Colleges on the Website
Many students will choose to apply to college through the school's website. If you do this, you must request your official transcript be sent through SCOIR. See video below with directions on how to do this. Please note that transcripts are automatically sent without ACT or SAT scores. If you want your transcript sent with the scores on them, please let the counseling administrative assistant or your college and career counselor know.
