The Loon Song

School's out for SUMMER!

Thank you so much for all the love, time and support you have put into the Loon's community! We did it!

This end of year week was filled with memories, games, BIG hikes, some tears, but ultimately a great way to wrap up our year.

The link to our petition is up and running (please share with all!). But, our big work is not done yet. When we return, the Loons will practice their argumentative/persuasive skills in creating a presentation for why the Loon's should foster dogs/puppies. Over the summer, have your Loon research the benefits of having a dog in a classroom, as well as what some negatives are. I can't wait to see what they come up with!

Have a wonderful and exciting summer!!!!
