LETTER FROM THE PRINCIPAL
Dear Bright Beginnings Families,
October is a busy and exciting month at our school! We are looking forward to our upcoming parent-teacher conferences on October 8th and 9th. These conferences are an important opportunity for us to come together as a team to share information about your child and to discuss how we can best support their education and growth. We strongly encourage you to attend and take part in these valuable conversations.
I would also like to remind everyone that attendance and being on time each day play a big role in your child’s success. Consistent routines help children feel secure and ready to learn, and arriving on time ensures they start their day positively. Please bring your child to school every day on time unless they are ill. Reminder – Students are considered late 10 minutes after the start of the session and classroom doors lock at that time.
As the weather begins to cool, please make sure your child is dressed appropriately for the season. We do our best to go outside each day, and proper clothing helps children stay comfortable and enjoy their time outdoors.
Thank you for your continued support and partnership. Together, we can make this a wonderful year of growth and learning for your child.

BRIGHT BEGINNINGS CHILDCARE
September has been a busy month! Infants and Toddler classrooms worked through their unit “My Day With You” which focused on exploring textures, sounds, and play experiences. Children aged 2 ½ and older learned about different types of Bags and transitioned to learning about various types of Shoes.
We are working on filling our spots. We still have 2 ½ year old spots currently open, so if you know anyone please send them our way!
The Early Head Start Home Visiting Team attended the Kansas Home Visiting Conference in Garden City, KS on September 30th. It was a full day of learning and networking with other Home Visitors across Kansas.
