Payroll Update January 2026
I hope everyone had a great holiday week and a wonderful December and a beautiful Holiday Break. Please view the below information for this month. As usual, the important dates have been updated and new information has been given for Hourly and Substitute staff regarding the 1/19/26 holiday.

Hourly and substitutes, the above graphic (January 2025) is mainly for you! It is to let you know the dates that should be on your time sheet as well as remind you of any upcoming or past holidays that are paid.
When it comes to holidays however, there are no paid holidays for New, Returning or Long Term Substitutes.
The only substitutes that qualify for paid holidays are those that are considered Long Term Subs waiting on Certification.
