Reminder: Curriculum Night is TONIGHT!
We are excited to welcome our West Cypress families back to our classrooms next Tuesday, September 8th for Curriculum Night! Please see the details below:
- 5-5:45pm: Pre-K-2nd Grade
- 5:45-6:15pm: General PTO Meeting for all parents!
- 6:15-7pm: 3rd-5th Grade
Destination Imagination - Meeting This Thursday!
Destination Imagination is expanding in Lake Travis ISD, and we would LOVE to have West Cypress represented!
This global, volunteer-led STEAM program gives students in grades K–12 the chance to work together, think outside the box, and bring their biggest ideas to life.
Teams choose a challenge in areas like engineering, science, fine arts, improv, service learning, and more. Kids do 100% of the work while Adult Team Managers are there to guide and encourage along the way.

Students interested in joining a team and adults interested in becoming Team Managers can sign up at: bit.ly/di-interest

WOW!
Tigers demonstrating PAWSitive behavior are nominated to have their names added to our WOW Board. WOW Board members are then eligible to win a fun brag tag and Buddy Pass. The Buddy Pass entitles each WOW Board member to enjoy lunch on the stage with a buddy of his/her choice.
Our Tiger 4th Grade completely filled their WOW Boards and celebrated with a pajama and stuffy day. Congratulations, 4th Grade! Thanks for being PAWSitive!

Junior Dance Clinic

K–5th Graders: Learn high-energy routines, play games, make a fun craft, and dance alongside the award-winning Lake Travis Cavalettes.
8th Graders: Take your skills to the next level with exclusive training from Cavalette Officers to prep for future dance team tryouts.
Food & Drinks: Pizza and water will be served.
Pricing & Registration:
Early Bird: $50 - Register on or before September 12th and be automatically entered into a raffle to win fun prizes!
