NEW REESE NEWS
Polling Place for Voters
As a reminder, our campus will be used as a polling place for voters on Tuesday, November 3. As a result, you may notice additional activity on campus throughout the day. Our school and district staff have carefully planned to ensure minimal disruption to learning while maintaining a safe and secure environment for all students and staff.
Polling Location & Safety Measures
Voting hours will be from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
The voting area will be located in Room 31.
Voters will enter campus through the west gate near the bike rack and large parking lot.
Cones will be placed to clearly mark the pathway to the voting location.
Caution tape will separate the polling area from student and staff areas.
Additional security personnel will be present on campus to help ensure that voters remain within designated voting areas.
Parent volunteers will be on campus throughout the day to provide additional supervision and support during student transitions to and from the cafeteria, restrooms, and playground areas.
Student Arrival & Dismissal
All students will enter campus through the front iron gates upon arrival.
Grades 4-6 will be dismissed through the small gate on the intermediate playground.
All other grade levels will dismiss following their regular procedures.
Campus Logistics
The intermediate student restrooms will be closed for the day.
Students in grades 1-6 will use the primary restroom facilities.
School restrooms will not be available to the public.
Our Commitment to Safety
The safety of our students and staff remains our highest priority. We appreciate your flexibility and cooperation as we implement these temporary adjustments. By working together, we can ensure a safe, organized, and successful day for all of our Roadrunners.
Thank you for your continued support.
Thank you Parent Club and Parent Volunteers!
On behalf of our students and staff, thank you for all of the time, hard work, and dedication you put into making our Harvest Festival such a wonderful success. Your planning, creativity, organization, and countless volunteer hours created a fun, welcoming event filled with smiles, laughter, and opportunities for families to connect and make lasting memories together.
We are so grateful for your continued support of our school community. Events like this are only possible because of caring and committed volunteers like you. Your generosity and commitment to our students and families help make Reese such a special place.
Thank you for all that you do to strengthen our school community and create meaningful experiences for our students. We truly appreciate your partnership and the positive impact you make each and every day.
1st Trimester Report Cards
Due to an unexpected technology issue affecting report card processing districtwide, first trimester report cards will be sent home with all Roadrunners on Friday, November 13th.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to ensure that all report cards are accurate and complete before they are distributed.
Let's Celebrate Our Veterans!
We warmly invite you to join us on the Reese primary playground as we come together to honor and celebrate our Veterans on Tuesday, November 10th, from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. This special event is an opportunity to recognize and thank the brave men and women who have served our country and sacrificed for our freedoms. We look forward to sharing this meaningful celebration with our Reese families and honored guests.
REESE REMINDERS
Construction Continues
Construction will continue on our new BRIDGE portable! For the safety of our Roadrunners, staff will be keeping a close eye on our Roadrunners to ensure they stay away from the construction fencing and not lean or climb on it. If you notice anything concerning, please contact the office so we can check it out. Thank you for helping us keep our Roadrunners safe and for your flexibility as we move through this exciting project!
