Parent Teacher Conference Sign Up Instructions Parent Teacher Conference Sign Up Instructions

This year, parent-teacher conferences will be scheduled in ParentVUE. Scheduling opens Monday, September 21, and closes Friday, October 2.

Conferences will take place on the following dates, with the option to meet in person or virtually:

  • Thursday, October 8: Early Childhood through High School
  • Friday, October 9: Early Childhood through Grade 8

Step-by-step directions for both the ParentVUE website and app are linked below.

Between September 21 and October 2, you can change a time in ParentVUE. After October 2, please contact the main office. If you have more than one student, switch between their profiles to schedule conferences.

If you need assistance with conferences or do not yet have a ParentVUE account, please call our main office at 331-228-2400.

If you are interested in conferencing with a specials teacher, please reach out to them directly to schedule a time to meet. Due to the number of students they support, they are unable to conference with every family.

Lockdown Drill & Safety Day Lockdown Drill & Safety Day

On September 23rd, Fox Ridge will be conducting our state required annual Lockdown Drill during which students will review and practice the classroom procedures. Parents/guardians may opt their child out of the physical participation in this drill each year by emailing Principal Kristy McKnight at kristina.mcknight@d303.org at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled date. Students who have been opted out will receive an alternative school safety learning experience with a certified staff member.

Students and staff will also practice both a fire drill and a severe weather drill. All three of these drills will take place in the morning of the 23rd as a part of our "Safety Day".

Should you have questions regarding our standard response protocols, please feel free to visit our district website, which outlines our procedures, or you may contact Principal Kristy McKnight.
