Dear Brilliance Families,

Thank you for an amazing first week of school! We missed our scholars over the summer, and we are incredibly grateful for your continued partnership and trust in The Brilliance School.

This week, our scholars did a lot of amazing work! We spent time learning about the culture of our school, our PRIDE expectations, what we will be learning this year, and the overall vision of Brilliance. Scholars also had plenty of opportunities to build relationships, reconnect with friends, and have some fun!

I want to give a HUGE shout-out to our Brilliance Bears Team! 🐻 Our teachers and staff worked hard to establish clear expectations, routines, and systems for the school year. Our scholars are already responding and working to ensure they are aligned with the Brilliance vision:

📚 NEXT WEEK: OUR FIRST FULL WEEK!

Next week is our first full week of school, and it is imperative that scholars are here every day and on time. We are jumping right into instruction, and we do not want any scholar to miss a beat!

A few important reminders:

• 📝 Spelling words go home every Monday.
• ✏️ Spelling tests are every Friday.
• ⏰ Scholars should arrive on time and ready to learn every day.
• 👕 All scholars must be in the Brilliance School uniform with the Brilliance logo. We are a uniform school, and consistency with our expectations is important.
• 🎒 Please continue to make sure scholars come prepared and ready for a successful day of learning.
