The primary purpose of our Spring Conferences on March 27th and 28th is to facilitate meetings with parents of students to collaborate in order to support your child. It is our intention that these meetings will work towards making sure students have a successful end of the school year
Hilltop Spring Conferences process is as follows.
1. Teacher requested conferences are issued to parents because the teachers feel a meeting is necessary. The teacher-requested conferences are scheduled first through direct communication with the parent– once all teacher-requested conferences are scheduled
2. Parent-requested conferences are scheduled on a first-come-first-served basis. If you are unable to schedule a conference during official conferences but would like to meet with an individual teacher, please contact your child's teacher directly.
