Learning Targets

ELAR: I can identify the rhyme scheme in a poem by labeling each line with a letter to show which lines rhyme. I can describe how the author uses a variety of language to achieve a specific purpose in poetry. (3.10D, 3.10E, 3.10F)
Phonics: I can read & spell VCCV words: two-syllable words, broken between the two consonants such as mag/net, rus/tic; in words with the same consonants such as happen, muffin
