Welcome back to another amazing year at DHSHS. We at the Wellness Center are here to provide a safe and supportive space for students to care for their mental, emotional, and physical well-being. We offer services such as counseling, stress management, peer support, and crisis intervention. The center works closely with families and staff to ensure students receive the help they need to thrive both in and out of the classroom.

Our featured resource for the month is Kids Health. CLICK HERE to reach this online site that offers free resources for parent support on a variety of topics for all ages of youth. The resource is available in English and Spanish.

If you want to request that the Wellness Center staff check in with your student, CLICK HERE to create an online referral. Once you complete the referral, a staff member will meet with your student.
