"It's not happiness that brings us gratitude, It's gratitude that brings us happiness"

-Jeremiah Say

In life and leadership, people often fall into two categories. Some are proactive, ready to take bold steps forward, driven by a strong desire to accomplish goals and bring about meaningful change. These individuals understand that mistakes are an inevitable part of the process, and they’re willing to face setbacks as a price for moving closer to success. Then, there are those who let the fear of making mistakes dictate their actions, paralyzing them from taking any real steps forward. There are two kinds of people in this world: those who want to get things done and those who don’t want to make mistakes. Leadership requires us to be in the former group, embracing calculated risks and learning through experience, because this is where growth and real achievement lie.
