Hola, Panther Families,

“Panther pride begins with believing in yourself, honoring your culture, and bringing your best to our school community every day.”

Growing Panther Pride
As Panthers settle into routines, learn expectations, and engage in classroom learning, our school culture is beginning to shine. Mesa’s enrollment has continued to grow since last week, and schedule changes will be finalized this week.

Athletics Are Starting Soon
Panther football and volleyball seasons are about to begin. Teams have been selected, and we are excited to cheer on our student-athletes at upcoming games. Go Big Green!

More Ways to Get Involved
Students who are not participating in sports or cheer still have many opportunities to connect and contribute. Student Council is underway, with Mrs. Aaragon sponsoring this year’s future leaders. Band, choir, and orchestra also provide meaningful ways for students to build skills, express themselves, and stay involved for years to come. We encourage every student to participate, show Panther pride, and help strengthen our school community.

Mesa's Student Council is Calling YOU!!!

Meet Mrs. Aragon
Mrs. Aragon is Mesa’s Student Council sponsor. As both a teacher and a former Sergeant Major in the Army, she brings strength, leadership, and dedication to our campus. She is passionate about teaching students and meeting them where they are, helping each one grow with confidence and purpose. Mesa is fortunate to have her as a teacher, veteran, and campus leader. Under her guidance, Student Council will help develop impactful student leaders who are prepared to thrive in school and in life.

Attendance Counts

Please make every effort to ensure your child attends school each day. Every absence means missed learning time, and consistent attendance is essential for academic growth.

Attendance also supports students’ social well-being, confidence, and growth mindset. When students are present and engaged, they have more opportunities to connect with others and continue building the habits that lead to success.
