Think Tank-August
Welcome back to a new school year!!
All grade levels are reviewing basic classroom expectations and practicing skills like "thinking outside the box," using "components of creativity," perseverance, and working collaboratively to achieve a goal. This is the foundation for success in the up and coming months!!!
What's new in our Think Tank classroom?
One wall in the classroom got a makeover! Mr. Sigmund and I came in over the summer and wallpapered a wall, hung shelves, and organized student materials. It's SO much better!! I also attended a 2-day workshop and was given a Bambu mini 3D printer!!! We now have two 3D printers in the classroom which will allow me to print student projects faster.
DONATIONS
It was great to see so many of you at our Meet the Teacher night!! There were some questions asked about how parents can support their child's learning in the Think Tank classroom. One way is through donations. The following items are always graciously accepted:
- empty toilet paper and paper towel rolls
- cotton balls
- pencils
- Elmers glue sticks
- masking tape
Thank you in advance for any items you may be able to donate!!
