The first quarter is winding down. Please check your student's PowerSchool for any missing assignments. We don't want a grade to go down because something was not turned in. Thank you for all who attended conferences last week. Any of you who were not able to attend, there is another chance on Wednesday, October 8 from 4-7.

News and Notes

  • Check out the two Study Skills Workshop flyers below
  • Picture Retake is coming October 8. Please see flyer below
  • Please do not drop students off in the staff parking lot before school. This is causing safety issues

That's all for this week. Congratulations to our students finishing up their fall sports seasons.

Congratulations to Tyler, the winner of our very first monthly PBIS raffle! Students earn STRONG cards by showing kindness and making good choices around the school. Along with fun small prizes, we have an exciting big prize each month. A huge thank you to Best Buy for donating this month’s amazing Beats headphones and for the SMS PTA for making it happen! Keep up the great work, everyone!

We also want to thank Dairy Queen, Chick-fil-A, and Master Pizza for generously providing prizes each month. Your support means so much to our school community!
