PAJAM Party!🎉
Kicking-Off Winter Break with Dancing, Games, & Holiday Songs!
In our true traditional style, on the eve of winter break, we held our annual WHS PAJAM! Everyone wore their pajamas as students cheered on classmates competing in grade level challenges like a snowball toss, a hula hoop contest, relay races, and Pin-the-Nose-on-Rudolph! The party would not have been complete without a few dances and holiday sing-alongs!
WHS Welcomes 2026 in a Winter Wonderland⛄
We truly appreciate the tremendous efforts of Mrs. Samantha Murray and Mrs. Meagan Fitzpatrick as they worked to transform our hallway into a magical winter wonderland! The walls are robust with adorable characters. We were especially delighted to see all of the penguins, which are a nod to this year's thematic unit, Mr. Popper's Penguins. We look forward to continuing to enjoy these scenes in the months ahead!
Fire Truck Contest Winners Arrive to School in Style🚒
The winners of our Salute to Heroes raffle participated in an opportunity of a lifetime when they were picked up for school by a fire truck! The children pictured below represent each grade level (left to right: Jaxon Reid-Wright (Grade 1), Tyler Gold (Grade 3), Rhiannon Lee-Florio (Grade 2), & Noah Cardenas (Kindergarten). The children proudly presented the members of the Whitehouse Station Fire Company with a check for $1750. A special thank you to all of these amazing adult volunteers (left to right: Carl Memel, Elaine Apgar, Henry Lee, Pat Paul, and Chief Tim Apgar with Cubby). We are also truly grateful for all of the parents who made this fundraising effort so successful by buying tickets to support such a worthwhile cause!
